DONALD G.
ISAACSON received his Bachelor's Degree from
Augustana College, and his Law Degree from Arizona State
University, where he was a Member of the editorial board
of the Law Journal. He was first admitted to practice in
1973. From 1975 through 1982, he acted as Majority
Counsel to the Arizona House of Representatives. He has
been active on the legislative committees of the State
Bar Association. Mr. Isaacson emphasizes representation
of clients before the Arizona State Legislature and
state and local agencies.
STEVEN J.
DUFFY received his Bachelor's Degree with high
distinction and his Law Degree from the University of
Arizona, where he was a second year writer on the
Arizona Law Review. Mr. Duffy was chosen for membership
in Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi honoraries. He was
first admitted to practice in 1981, and emphasizes
representation of commercial clients in government
relations, administrative agency actions, and
transactions. He has significant experience in the
development of the Arizona liquor laws and regulations,
and in representing liquor licensees before the Arizona
Department of Liquor Licenses and Control. He has also
provided substantial representation of both consumers
and utilities before the Arizona Corporation Commission,
and has represented businesses before other
administrative agencies and boards.
